The complexity of Umeboshi is dazzling, and absolutely shines when used as a mixer for cocktails, in shrubs, on shaved ice or granita, as a dressing for fresh cut fruit, as a marinade for shrimp, salmon, chicken, or in salad dressings – try it with cheese plates, and more.
